Nikki Allgaier was born and raised on Long Island. She and her family moved to North Carolina for 7 years but missed the Northeast. In 2015 they moved to Buskirk where her and her husband Thom started a small homestead farm called Sweet & Savory Farmette where they raise alpaca, angora bunnies, chickens, turkeys, guinea fowl, peafowl and bees while growing and producing maple syrup, shiitake mushrooms, herbs and anything else that strikes their fancy!
Nikki become a licensed massage therapist in 2011 while in North Carolina. She has found great satisfaction in helping alleviate pain in her clients. In effort to further help her clients she continued her studies and obtained her certification in medical massage. She truly loves her work as a Massage Therapist. Nikki uses many therapeutic massage techniques, among them Trigger Point Therapy, Active Isolated Stretching, Neuromuscular and Myofascial Release.
